When do you plant it where you live? For me it’s end of October or early November.

Same here. I need to get my garden beds ready for garlic. I’ve got fire ants in my garden beds and I put out poison to kill them. I really hate to use that kind of poison, but I can’t garden in beds taken over by fire ants.
